If a session goes wrong

How Dardsh decides what's fair when someone is late, no-shows, or a session is cut short.

Sometimes a session doesn't go to plan — someone's late, the connection drops, or it ends early. Dardsh runs a fairness check after each session and routes the outcome automatically, so you don't have to argue it out.

  • If the coach is at fault (no-show, very late, cut short), you're refunded — and sometimes given a small apology bonus
  • If you can't make it, normal cancellation rules apply
  • If both sides don't show, it's treated as no-fault

Repeated reliability problems on a coach's side lead to penalties on their account, so the marketplace stays dependable.
