What languages can I learn?
Arabic, English, and French at launch. Spanish and Turkish are next on the roadmap.
How are coaches vetted?
Every coach is reviewed by our team: identity check, teaching credentials, trial session, and ongoing rating. Coaches who don't meet the bar don't appear.
How do payments work?
We support Fawry, mada, STC Pay, and global cards. Prices show in your local currency wherever possible. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.
Are sessions recorded?
Recording is opt-in and requires both you and your coach to consent at the start of the session. You can skip recording entirely, or download the recording afterwards to review.
What if a session doesn't go well?
If a session is below standard, our refund engine handles it — typically a full credit back to your account, no questions asked. Details on the Terms page.
Can I become a coach?
Yes — apply on the coach page. You keep 85% of every session, set your own rate and schedule, and publish your own mini-courses. We review applications within a few business days.
Is the AI good enough to actually help?
Where AI is available, we use it for matching, study drills, and feedback. It's a complement to your coach — not a replacement. If AI is unavailable in your region, the rest of the app keeps working.
