What to do if you disagree with an outcome, and how Dardsh resolves it.

If something doesn't look right — a charge, a refund, or a session outcome — raise it and a human reviews it. The fastest path is the in-session Report button for safety issues, or support chat for everything else.

An admin reviews disputes and aims to resolve them within about 7 days. Include any booking or session ID to speed things up.
