Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Dardsh issues refunds for sessions, packs, subscriptions, and wallet top-ups. It applies to every learner who purchases anything on dardsh.app.

Coach no-shows

If your coach doesn't show up within 5 minutes of the scheduled start time, you get a full refund — either back to the original payment method or as wallet credit, your choice. File the report from the in-session reporting flow or from the booking detail page.

Technical failures

If a Dardsh-side technical issue prevents the session (LiveKit room won't connect, recording infrastructure outage that disrupts the lesson, etc.), the session is fully refunded and we credit a free re-booking with the same coach.

Learner-initiated cancellation

You can cancel any booking up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the session's cost — the coach has already blocked the time and prepared. This window is enforced in the booking detail page.

Coach-initiated cancellation

If your coach cancels (any notice period), you get a full refund automatically, plus the option to re-book with the same coach at no extra charge if their schedule allows.

Quality concerns

If a session happened but didn't meet a reasonable standard (coach was unprepared, language taught didn't match what was advertised, conduct issues), file an incident through the in-session reporting flow. Our trust & safety team reviews the recording (if consented) and may issue a partial or full refund depending on findings.

Completed sessions

Sessions that happened without a documented coach issue are not refundable — your purchase paid the coach for their time. The same applies to attended sessions where you left early without filing an incident.

Packs and subscriptions

Session packs are non-refundable once purchased, but unused sessions never expire — you can use them whenever. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time and end at the close of the current billing period (no partial-month refunds). Sessions already consumed during a billed period are not refunded.

Wallet top-ups

Wallet balances are spendable on any Dardsh purchase but are not directly refundable back to the original payment method, because they may have been mixed with coach earnings. Contact support@dardsh.app if you believe you have an exceptional case.

How to request a refund

Most refund triggers (coach no-show, coach cancellation, learner cancellation outside the 24h window) happen automatically. For quality concerns, file an incident from inside the live room or from the booking page. For anything else, email support@dardsh.app with the booking ID and a short description.

How and when refunds settle

Refunds are issued through the original payment provider (Fawaterak, Stripe, or a wallet credit) and typically land within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or wallet provider. We'll email you a refund confirmation with the provider reference for your records.
