Cancellations & refunds
The refund windows for cancelling a session, and when refunds are automatic.
You can cancel a booking from its detail page. How much comes back depends on timing:
- More than 24 hours before — full refund
- 1–24 hours before — partial credit (the coach is partly compensated for the held time)
- Under 1 hour — generally forfeited, and the coach is paid
Refunds are automatic whenever a coach cancels, no-shows, or ends a session in under 15 minutes. Refunds go back to your wallet.
