Teaching courses
How to teach Dardsh's structured English courses — get assigned or request one, follow the ready-made curriculum, and how you're paid.
Dardsh runs structured courses (Basic, General, Advanced Conversation, Business, Test Prep, and courses for kids and teens). Open Coach → Courses to see the ones you teach and the ones you can apply for.
There are two ways to teach a course. The Dardsh team can assign you to one, or you can request a course you're eligible for — you need a passed English certification, and for kids/teens courses the child-safety badge. An admin approves requests.
Each course comes with a ready-made curriculum — 4 units of graded tasks plus coach sessions per level. Open a course to review exactly what learners work through, so every session builds on their self-study.
Pay depends on your coach type. In-house coaches earn a fixed rate per course session, set by the team and shown on your Courses page. Marketplace coaches earn their usual commission share of the course's session price. Course earnings appear in your normal earnings dashboard.
