Responding to booking requests
How to approve or decline requests, and what happens to the held price.
If you use request mode, new requests appear in your coach area. Approve to confirm the session, or decline if it doesn't work.
For ranked coaches, the learner's payment is held in escrow when they request. Approve and it's collected on completion; decline — or don't respond within 24 hours — and it's automatically returned to the learner. Quick responses keep your response rate (and rank) healthy.
