How coaching on Dardsh works
Who can coach, what you'll do, and how you get paid — the big picture before you apply.
On Dardsh you can teach a language you're qualified in — alongside learning others. Coaches run 30-minute one-on-one (and small-group) sessions over live video, set their own availability, and build a profile that learners discover and book.
What you'll need
- A language you can teach to a real standard (confirmed by a short assessment)
- A genuine profile photo and a short intro video
- Verified identity (KYC)
- Availability you'll actually keep
How you get paid
Learners pay a price set by a transparent formula — your rank, whether you're a native speaker, and the language. You keep a tiered share of each session: 75% to start, rising to 80% and 85% as your completed-session count grows. Earnings land in your wallet, and you withdraw them when you like.
You don't type a rate. The price is derived from the formula, so it stays fair and consistent across the platform.
