Setting your availability
Open the times you'll teach, and choose instant booking or requests.
From Coach → Availability, open the times you're willing to teach. Learners can only book slots you've opened, so keep it current — your reliability feeds your rank.
Open and close times on an interactive weekly calendar — tap any slot to toggle it. Use “This week only” for one-off changes (a day off, an extra evening) or “Every week” to edit your recurring pattern, and plan up to 4 months ahead. If your open slots run low, we'll nudge you to add more.
You can also browse past weeks (read-only) with the back arrow — handy for reviewing what happened. Past sessions appear right on the grid with their outcome: green for completed, rose for cancelled, with the learner's name on hover.
Decide how bookings reach you:
- Instant booking — learners confirm an open slot immediately
- Requests — learners ask, and you approve or decline (the price is held in escrow until you respond)
Right on the page you'll find a demand heat map — a week-at-a-glance grid of your market, in your timezone. Blue squares are open with no demand; red squares are where learners want sessions but few coaches are free. Open availability on the warm squares to get booked faster — tap the “i” to see what each color means, or open the full heat map for the whole market.
