How to Make the Perfect Omelette
An omelette is one of the easiest meals you can make at home. You only need a few ingredients: eggs, a little butter, salt, and pepper. Some people also add cheese, vegetables, or ham. First, break two or three eggs into a bowl and mix them well. Then heat a small pan over medium heat and add the butter. When the butter melts, pour in the eggs. Let the edges cook for a moment, then gently push them toward the middle. Keep doing this until the eggs are almost set but still a little soft on top.

Next, add your filling on one side and fold the omelette in half. Slide it onto a plate and eat it right away. An omelette is best when it is fresh and warm. In the future, try different fillings each time — mushrooms, tomatoes, or spinach are great choices. Cooking an omelette takes only five minutes, so it is a perfect meal for a busy morning or a quick lunch.
