Cause identified: our video provider's recording capacity has been used up, which is why recordings stopped. Sessions themselves are unaffected. We're increasing the capacity and will update here as soon as recording is back on.

Pronunciation feedback is running in a reduced mode

Resolved: the pronunciation-scoring provider's subscription was reactivated and our live health probe confirms it is responding again. Full phoneme-level pronunciation feedback is back for everyone — thanks for your patience.
