Reporting a problem or a person
How to report safety issues, bad behaviour, or anything that's gone wrong.
If something or someone makes you uncomfortable, report it. There are two routes:
- The Report button inside the session room — for anything during a session; it goes straight to our trust & safety team
- The Report a problem page — for bugs, quality issues, inappropriate content, or feedback
Every report is reviewed, usually within one business day. Describe what happened and include any session or booking details.
Once you've filed, follow your report on the My reports page. We'll send you a notification and an email each time its status changes — when we start reviewing it, and when it's resolved or closed.
